Have an existing slab or need a new one? We can help you choose from four floor finishes, from stained concrete to tile, based on the look and upkeep you prefer.
Polyaspartic Epoxy
A smooth, high-gloss surface that holds up well to wear, resists stains, and is easy to keep clean.
Stamped Concrete
Concrete pressed to look like natural stone or tile, giving you that texture and detail without the upkeep.
Tile
Porcelain or ceramic tile in a wide range of colors and patterns. A classic, easy-to-clean floor that holds up well in any climate.

Choose Your Screen
The right mesh depends on your yard and what bothers you most. We can walk you through standard fiberglass and finer no-see-um screening for smaller insects.
Standard Fiberglass
Everyday insect protection with excellent visibility and airflow — the classic, reliable screen for outdoor living.
No-See-Um Screen
An ultra-fine mesh designed to help keep out no-see-ums, gnats, and sand flies that may pass through standard screening.

WARRANTIES & PEACE OF MIND
Warranty Details, Clearly Explained
Our 15-year limited structural and craftsmanship warranty covers qualifying failures of the aluminum frame we supply and install and defects in our installation, except polyaspartic coating workmanship has a separate 5-year term. Elite roof panels, AZEK ceilings and the specified screening have separate manufacturer warranties.
15-Year Structural & Craftsmanship Warranty
We stand behind the structural integrity of the aluminum frame we supply and install, and the quality of our contracted installation, for 15 years under our written terms. Polyaspartic coating workmanship has a separate 5-year limited warranty. Paver installations and retaining walls have a 1-year limited structural and craftsmanship warranty.
Elite Roof Panels
Elite roof panels carry a manufacturer’s limited warranty; consult its written terms for exclusions and conditions.
AZEK Ceiling Panels
The AZEK Alpine warranty covers eligible material defects; its wood-grain film has separate, limited coverage.
Screening
Ask us for the limited screen warranty covering the mesh selected for your lanai.
Manufacturer warranties are separate from Noble Space warranties and are not part of the Contract agreement. Our own warranty obligations and applicable legal rights remain in effect.
