Have an existing slab or need a new one? We can help you choose from three floor finishes, from stained to stamped concrete, based on the look and upkeep you prefer.
Polyaspartic Epoxy
A smooth, high-gloss surface that holds up well to wear, resists stains, and is easy to keep clean.

Concrete pressed to look like natural stone or tile, giving you that texture and detail without the upkeep.

Warranty Details, Clearly Explained
Our 15-year limited structural and craftsmanship warranty covers qualifying failures of the aluminum frame we supply and install and defects in our installation, except polyaspartic coating workmanship has a separate 5-year term. Elite roof panels and AZEK ceiling panels have separate manufacturer warranties.
15-Year Structural & Craftsmanship Warranty
We stand behind the structural integrity of the aluminum frame we supply and install, and the quality of our contracted installation, for 15 years under our written terms. Polyaspartic coating workmanship has a separate 5-year limited warranty. Paver installations and retaining walls have a 1-year limited structural and craftsmanship warranty.
Elite Roof Panels
Elite insulated roof panels carry a manufacturer’s limited warranty, subject to its written terms.
AZEK Ceiling Panels
AZEK Alpine offers eligible material defect coverage and separate limited wood-grain film coverage.
Drainage Details
Your proposal will explain how gutters and drainage are designed for your home.
Manufacturer warranties are separate from Noble Space warranties and are not part of the Contract agreement. Our own warranty obligations and applicable legal rights remain in effect.
