15-Year Limited Structural & Craftsmanship Warranty
We cover qualifying structural failures of load-bearing aluminum framing we supply and install, and defects in our contracted installation work. Polyaspartic coating workmanship is covered for 5 years, including coatings on stamped slabs; slab, stamping and overlay workmanship retain their 15-year term. Paver installations and retaining walls have a 1-year structural and craftsmanship term. Covered coating repairs include labor and materials for the affected area. Read the full terms for scope, claim process and exclusions. Manufacturer product warranties are separate obligations and are not part of the Noble Space Contract agreement. This does not reduce our own coverage or applicable legal rights.

Manufacturer warranties and reference documents are informational, separate from Noble Space warranties, and are not incorporated into the Contract agreement. This does not exclude specified products from the construction scope or reduce Noble Space obligations or applicable legal rights. Manufacturer coverage varies by model, application, installation method and purchase date. The manufacturer's written warranty for the selected product governs its coverage. The Home-Kim document applies only to the covered Home-Kim window system, not every Low-E window.
